Since joining Northern Micro in 2001, Emily has been instrumental in developing Northern Micro Professional Services offering. She was named President in November 2019.

Gilles Comtois

Senior Director, Product Management and Technical Services

Fluently bilingual and with extensive experience in retail management, Gilles joined Northern Micro in 1990. He now oversees the Product Management, Purchasing and Technical Support Teams.

Richard Perkins

Senior Director, Production and Corporate Quality

Certified as a Project Management Professional and Microsoft IT Professional in AX, Richard has been with Northern Micro since 1996. His contributions have included overseeing stringent ISO certification processes.

Wendy Phung

Director of Finance

Wendy joined Northern Micro in 1995. She now manages the day to day operations of the Finance team and advises the President in areas of financial and operations planning.

Adam Langstaff

Director of Sales, Device Technology

Adam joined Northern Micro in 2000 and is responsible for Northern Micro’s client device strategy. Over these years he has worked in the Production, Service and Sales departments. He works closely with both the Product team in choosing the correct solutions to offer, but also with the Sales team to meet the requirements of our customers.

Alex Yeh

Director of Marketing, Canada

Alex oversees marketing as well as business planning. With global experience, he has serviced blue chip brands such as Subaru, Panasonic and Samsung. Alex holds an MBA from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph.

Karen Lo

Manager, Partner Programs

Part of the Northern Micro family for over 20 years, Karen's primary role is as Partner Program Manager. She ensures certification requirements are maintained to keep Northern Micro at the highest tier-levels and assure partner program revenue. Karen also oversees event planning, coordination, and the Event's Team.
